Lead Pastor
Pastor Shane is committed to Bible-based teaching, worship, prayer and keeping CLA Christ-centered in all that we do. Whether you watch him preach or interact with him in person, His compassion for people and love for the Lord are so apparent. He firmly believes that Jesus' model of relational and servant leadership is the key to successful ministry. And we love how he's challenged our church family to make a tangible difference in the lives of others, pray more than ever and share our faith like never before - to be "all in!" He and his wife, Heidi, have two young adult-age children.
Amanda Anderson
Executive Pastor
Pastor Amanda is passionate about the local church and our opportunity to impact our friends, neighbors and those we don't know with the message of hope found in Jesus. In her role, she equips, encourages and supports CLA's ministries and participates in strategic planning. She and her husband, Tim, have two children. She enjoys coffee, podcasts and watching her kids play sports.
Scott Ball
Executive Pastor
Pastor Scott is someone who seems to "do it all," and he does! Whether it's overseeing ministries, managing operations, addressing tech issues or jumping in to lead worship, he uses his diverse giftings well and works tirelessly in his role. If there's a question, he likely has the answer. He loves doing life with his wife, Melissa, and their three kids.
Dan Baker
Dramatic Arts Pastor
Pastor Dan has served in music, drama, worship and executive ministries for nearly 30 years. With a heart for people, he is passionate about utilizing the arts to reach individuals with the message of Jesus. He produces CLA's dramas, directs our choir and ensembles, and is known for his joyful sway while directing on stage. He and his wife, Karin, love spending time with their four daughters' families.
Lee Hyman
Pastoral Care Pastor
Pastor Lee has an incredible passion and boldness for Jesus, and he strives to bring Jesus' light into every situation. As a combat veteran, he appreciates the unique burdens that people carry, serves in his diverse role at CLA with genuine compassion, and puts everyone he meets at ease. He also tells great stories! He has four children.
Matt Nelsen
Media & Communications Pastor
Pastor Matt's goal is to inspire and equip the media-gifted people of CLA and maximize our Gospel storytelling capabilities. He most recently worked for eight years with International Media Ministries in Madrid, Spain, where he used media to bring Jesus to Europe, Eurasia, Africa and the Middle East. Having lived in Spain, he, his wife, Rachel, and their three kids deeply love Spanish culture.
Adam Olson
Student Pastor
Having grown up at CLA, Pastor Adam now has the privilege of serving our students! He is passionate about seeing people experience the life-changing power of Jesus and believes there is nothing more significant than watching students deepen their identity in Him. An ardent Steelers fan, he and his wife, Katie, have an adorable infant son, Lincoln, and they love to travel.

SEU at CLA Camp Hill Pastor
For Pastor Katie, there is nothing more exciting than seeing someone discover their giftings and then fulfill the call of God on their life. She is passionate about the Bible and education and holds a Masters in Biblical Studies. She and her husband, Pastor Adam, have an adorable son, Lincoln. In her free time, she loves traveling, bird watching, and enjoying a good movie or book.
David Richards
Kids & Family Pastor
Why is Pastor David pretty much known as the "Energizer Bunny" of CLA? Because he doesn't stop! His energy and enthusiasm are the backbones of CLA Kids, and his passion and commitment to our kids, families and those who serve are so inspiring. He leads our CLA Men with the same dedication, has a great sense of humor and loves local missions. He and his wife, Ronda, have three young adult-age kids.
Denny Sproull
Pastoral Care Pastor
Pastor Denny has been in ministry for more than 50 years and now – in his retirement – leads our homebound ministry and is involved in various aspects of pastoral care. He is kind and compassionate, and his experience and wisdom are so valuable. He has a knack for making everyone feel special and tells the best jokes! He and his wife, Barbara, have been married for over 50 years. They have one adult son and three adult daughters.
Kristian Walker
Worship Arts & Missions Pastor
Pastor Kristian feels so fortunate to serve in a role that combines two of his greatest passions – worship and missions. With extensive experience in both, he has boundless energy and enthusiasm. Using his unique giftings, he can draw people closer to Jesus through worship and share the Good News of Jesus through missions. He and his wife, Shannon, have two young adult-age daughters.

Erin Arva
Communications Director
Erin oversees various aspects of communications, including writing and editing content, partnering with our ministry leaders on numerous elements of communications, and project coordination. She also helps individuals share their stories about what Jesus has done in their lives and supports our local missions outreach efforts. She and her husband, David, have two sons. They enjoy the outdoors, soccer, Nerf battles and hosting neighborhood gatherings.
Karin Baker
Connections Director
Karin is one of the friendliest and most upbeat people you will ever meet. With a heart for others, she loves serving the CLA family and our community through outside events held at CLA. From organizing Welcome Parties to leading volunteer teams, she thrives on helping people connect and believes we all can make a difference. She also serves with her husband, Pastor Dan, on our drama team and adores being "Gigi" to her seven grandchildren.
Cristen Crossley
Discover Director
Cristen loves helping people experience "lightbulb moments" in their relationship with Jesus as they go through Discover, our discipleship process. It is rewarding to see individuals gain new insights into how God views them as they grow closer to Him every day. She also enjoys discipling children through various CLA Kids programs. She and her husband, Jeff, have two young adult-age kids.
Gary Frutiger
Facilities Director
Gary has a big job, and we appreciate him very much! He oversees our buildings and grounds maintenance and campus cleaning and leads our security volunteer team. His role also involves extensive coordination with our ministries to ensure rooms are reserved and set up correctly. He and his wife, Beth, have two young adult-age children. They enjoy spending time at their riverfront cottage.
Amy George
Creative Director
Known for her amazing creativity, Amy is responsible for stage design, branding, graphic design and oversight, web design, social media content and direction, and photography. While she majored in photography in college, she never imagined she'd be doing this professionally. She finds it fulfilling to use her gifts in this way. Fun fact – she and her husband, Ryan, met while serving on our Audio Team.
Jamey McClintock
Adult Ministries Director
Jamey is passionate about seeing people connect and grow through groups, helping individuals utilize their unique gifts and talents for Jesus, and leadership development. She leads with humility and wisdom, and we love her for it! She and her husband, Scott, have seven children and one granddaughter, and they enjoy loving and serving others as a family.
Dave Reed
Director of Recovery & Support Ministries
Dave's passion is helping individuals find freedom from hurts, habits and hang-ups and find true healing by trusting Jesus as we walk through trials. Leading from a position of authenticity, he is open about his past challenges. His wife, Jen, is also very involved with our recovery ministry, particularly The Landing (for teens). They and their four kids are active in our community, and Dave is incredibly artistic.
Amy Stuter
Early Childhood Director
Amy oversees the team that serves the littlest ones in our church family – infants to age 5 – and she does so with gentleness and grace. She is passionate about helping young children understand who God is and believes in the importance of planting spiritual seeds when they are young. She and her husband, Todd, have three adult sons. She loves the outdoors, the beach and reading.
Ken Ulrich
Director of Finance
We don't know what we'd do without Ken! In his role, he is a tremendous resource for various topics, such as finances, budgets, payroll and insurance. He keeps everyone on track and informed, and we appreciate his careful attention to detail, as well as his dry sense of humor! He has two young adult-age daughters and enjoys reading, doing yard work and cooking.
Nadine Zeigler
Cafe Director
Nadine loves bringing people together over delicious food and creating opportunities for great conversation. She is a certified pastry chef and loves the motto: “If we meet, we eat!” She enjoys coffee and ice cream, making memories with family and friends, and hiking and traveling with her husband, Tim. She has two young adult-age sons and has attended CLA for more than 30 years.
