Pastor Shane Wilson serves as the Lead Pastor at Christian Life Assembly. He and his wife Heidi have two amazing children, Sydney and Spencer. Every aspect of Pastor Shane’s ministry is driven by the Holy Spirit’s passion for the lost and for discipleship. He firmly believes that Jesus’ model of relational and servant leadership is the key to successful ministry.
Pastor Scott Ball serves as an Executive Pastor at Christian Life Assembly. He and his wife Melissa have served in ministry for over 20 years as Worship, Media and Executive Pastors. He is passionate about finding new ways to communicate the Gospel. Pastor Scott loves being the husband of Melissa and dad to Natalie, Jackson and Avery.
Pastor David Richards serves as an Executive Pastor and the Kids Pastor at CLA. He and his wife Ronda have been involved in family ministry for over 25 years working in children, youth and adult ministries, as well as in administration. They have three children: Josiah, Sophia and Sara.
Pastor Dan Baker serves as the Dramatic Arts Pastor at Christian Life Assembly. He has served in worship, music and drama ministry for over 20 years. He and his wife, Karin, have four daughters and three granddaughters. Pastor Dan is passionate about utilizing the arts to reach people with the message of Christ
Pastor Tom Britton serves as the Executive Pastor of Counseling, Pastoral Care and Recovery Ministries at CLA. He has been on staff since May 2000. Originally from the Boston area, Pastor Tom and his wife Dana settled in the area in 1989. Both he and Dana were employed at Messiah College, where Dana still maintains her career in higher education. Their daughters, Andrea and Lindsay, also live in the area.
In 1995, Pastor Candace Harris became the Women’s Ministries Director at CLA. Then, in 2007, she became the Women’s Pastor and, in 2015, was named Adult Ministries Pastor. She is married to Curt, CLA Missions Director, and their oldest son Jeff and his wife Joyce, along with their three children, attend CLA. Their only daughter teaches in northern Asia, and their youngest son Jonathan and his wife Courtney live in North Carolina. Pastor Candace’s greatest joy is to equip, train and encourage others in the Lord.
First, Pastor Lee Hyman is a follower of Jesus Christ and a child of the Living God. Second, he is the husband of his beautiful wife Kiersten and father of their four amazing children, Marlee, Elliot, James and Chloe. Third, he serves as the Pastoral Care Pastor at Christian Life Assembly.
Pastor Adam Olson serves as Student Pastor at Christian Life Assembly. He and his wife, Katie, have served actively in Youth Ministry for over nine years and are passionate about seeing students know who God has created them to be. They love creating community with others and seeing lives changed through active faith. They are also avid Steelers fans and have a divided house when it comes to baseball. Pastor Adam loves being Katie’s husband. Doing life with her is the best thing in the world!
Pastor Nick Pine serves as one of the Student Pastors at Christian Life Assembly. He and his wife Jordan are both graduates of Messiah College, where Nick received his Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry. Nick and Jordan are both passionate about seeing young people awakened to the way of Jesus.
Pastor Kristian Walker was called to ministry when he was seven years old and could never imagine doing anything else in life. He has been on staff at CLA since 2004 and has been our Worship Arts Pastor since 2011. Pastor Kristian’s parents and both sets of grandparents were pastors for over 50 years, and his two older brothers are also in the ministry. His wife Shannon and daughters, Aria and Elise, share his passion for worship and are very involved in the church-wide worship ministries of CLA.
Cristen Crossley serves as Discover Ministry Director at CLA. She began working on staff in June of 2015 and has served with Girls Ministries since 2002. She is married to Jeff, and they have two children, Victoria (Tori) and Quinn. According to Cristen, the best part of what she gets to do is help others grow and watch them connect with Jesus!
Jim Edmonds is joyfully serving Christ after many years in God's grace as a husband, father, scientist, executive, missionary, professor and mentor. He is now pouring all of his life experience back into the Kingdom through the Prayer Ministry, where he serves with his wife Sue-Ellen.
Sue-Ellen Edmonds serves in ministry at CLA with her husband Jim as Prayer Ministry Directors. They have worked and served for over 50 years supporting one another. Now they are in a season that the Lord has given them to serve together. Being "retired," they also have the gift of time to travel more -- often to see their three sons and daughters-in-law and nine amazing grandchildren.
Amy George serves as Creative Director at CLA. Prior to serving on staff, she volunteered as an adult youth leader, photographer and audio engineer, as well as participated with the drama presentations. In addition, Amy currently serves as CLA’s Fine Arts Coordinator. She is also the proud mama of two rescued Pit Bulls and two cats.
Curt Harris serves as Missions Director at CLA. He grew up in Southern California where his wife, Candace, who serves as CLA’s Adult Ministries Pastor, lead him to faith in Jesus. They have three grown children and three grandchildren. After his family, Curt believes that serving as Missions Director is, without a doubt, the most significant assignment of his life.
As a former event planner and president of a large non-profit organization, Jamey is thrilled to be able to utilize skills she previously obtained to benefit the Women of CLA. As a homeschooling mother of seven children, she brings lots of life experience to the group and willingly shares from a point of vulnerability in an effort to bring hope, encouragement and inspiration to those with whom she comes into contact.
Tori Montgomery serves as CLA’s Connections Director. She graduated from Evangel University in 2011 with a degree in Church Communications. Funny enough, Tori actually had no intention of using her degree in a church setting as a career, but God had other plans! (And we are thankful He did!)
Amy Stuter serves as CLA’s Early Childhood Director. She has served in CLA’s Children’s Ministry since 1998, first as a volunteer and then joining the staff in 2004. She is married to Todd, and they have three young adult sons: Garrett, Shay and Dillon. Amy is passionate about coming alongside of parents and helping them to plant the seeds of faith and God’s love into the hearts and minds of their children.
