Fine Arts is a discipleship tool of National Youth Ministries designed to help students DISCOVER, DEVELOP and DEPLOY their ministry gifts in the creative arts.

2019 Rule Book

Students should pay careful attention to the rules for each category they participate in. Even the simplest of rule violations can cause a reduction in points. Please carefully review the 2019 Rule Book and contact finearts@clacamphill.com with any questions.

Statement on Secular Music

Music is obviously a subjective area that will ultimately be left to the evaluators to adjudicate. The safest course of action is to select songs from artists that clearly identify themselves of Christians, and whose albums, songs, and lyrics clearly and consistently lead to Jesus. Please refer to the Penn Del Statement on Secular Music for additional information.


Due to student interest levels and scheduling challenges, we will not be organizing human video and puppetry teams this year. Students can create their own teams and practice off campus.

Who Can Participate

Only students currently enrolled in grades 6-12 may participate in the Fine Arts Festival. Fine Arts is open to any student (grades 6-12) who is in good standing with a local AG church or an officially recognized Cooperative Fellowship church and/or youth ministry.


Registration and travel fees must be paid as directed and on time. Registration and travel plans will not be processed without payment and students will not be able to participate.

Festival schedule


  • Sectionals Registration Form

  • Saturday, February 16, 2019 at CLA

  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Approximate)

  • Registration Deadline - January 16, 2019

  • Registrations will be collected Sunday, January 13, 12:15 PM - 1:00 PM in the Worship Arts Room, and Wednesday, January 16, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM in the Student Center.

  • Cost is $30 per participant and $5 for each additional category entered.

  • Completed registration forms and registration fees are due at the time of registration.

  • All creative writing, short film, mini-saga and promo video entries must be submitted WITH the registration form by January 16. Students must provide 4 copies/DVDs of their entries with the registration form. These entries will not be accepted on the day of the festival.
